Terms of Service

1. Services

TanDigitals provides web design, web development, SEO, and related digital services. The scope of work for each project is agreed upon in writing before work begins.

2. Payment

A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before the final site is handed over or made live. All prices are in the currency agreed at the time of quotation.

3. Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds as stated in your quote. Revisions beyond the included rounds will be charged at an hourly rate agreed in advance.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, content, and materials in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client may affect the agreed delivery timeline.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all rights to the final website design and content. TanDigitals retains the right to display the completed project in its portfolio.

6. Warranty

We provide a 30-day post-launch warranty covering any bugs or technical issues arising from our code. This does not cover changes to content, third-party plugin updates, or issues caused by client modifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

TanDigitals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the delivered website.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
