Refund Policy

1. Deposits
The 50% deposit paid at the start of a project is non-refundable. It covers the initial discovery, planning, and design work that begins immediately upon engagement.
2. Cancellation After Work Has Begun
If you cancel the project after work has begun, you will be charged for the work completed up to the cancellation date. Any amount paid beyond what is owed for work completed will be refunded within 14 business days.
3. Final Payment
The final 50% payment is due upon project completion. Once the completed site has been approved and made live, this payment is non-refundable.
4. 30-Day Bug Warranty
If technical issues arising from our code are identified within 30 days of launch, we will fix them at no additional cost. This is not a money-back guarantee but a commitment to resolving our errors.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In cases where TanDigitals is unable to complete the agreed work due to circumstances on our side, a full refund of all payments will be issued within 14 business days.
